Bespoke Yoga Wellness Therapy in the comfort of your home, my studio or your office.
The way we feel changes on a daily basis. Our movement practice should reflect that and include a variation of different movements / yoga postures and breathing techniques to suit our needs.
With bespoke 1:1 yoga session you get to explore exactly what it is you need. One day you might need a restorative approach, due to the fact you have been working too hard, doing too much and you are feeling stressed out. You may need more hands on adjustments and massage.
The next time, you might need more of a work-out to get you back into your body, to help you release some endorphins and burn some of your inner-fire.
I will work with someone who is dealing with recovering from an injury, we can do this in the form of a gentle practice melding together breath and movement and slowly working on poses to help heal you from the inside out.
Your Bespoke Session could include;
Movement Medicine gentle restorative movements to help ease tension & pain
Yoga & Myofscial Release
Massage (elements of Thai Yoga Massage)
Creating a safe space for you by helping relax your muscle fibers and elongating your muscle tissue (myofascia) working with you on your breath to help ease tension in your body, allowing body mind and soul to enter a deep state of relaxation.

"Samira I hope you have a sense of how beneficial our one to one yoga sessions are. I feel completely relaxed afterwards, yet refreshed and I'm sleeping again, hurray!" ~ Hannah
"Couldn't wish for a better and more inspirational teacher, thank you." ~Vicky B.
"To be honest, I was driven by the movement for strength, always pushing (a little too) hard. That's why I waited so long to finally book a session with Samira. Her gentle touch and her eyes, looking deep into your body... Giving the reminder of why I started yoga in the first place. Thank you Samira for reminding me of all the smaller muscles between scalp and tail" ~ Maria Franz, Engelberg
