Samira's Yoga is open to all, non-competitive form of flowing yoga movements, building strength and creating mobility to those tight and aching body parts, so that you can flow through life as one whole body perfectly imperfect.
Sometimes we move, sometimes we are still, depending on our needs.
We will always finish with a meditation, to help our busy lives.
